Hotel a Oak Park

“The property was updated and clean. The rooms were a good size and updated. The breakfast was decent. Parking was readily available. It was a short distance from the airport and about a 30 minute drive into downtown Detroit.”

“You cannot leave your vehicle at the hotel when traveling. This is a city ordinance. The description should be updated. The hotel gives you a coupon for a $14 rate at a specific parking facility. Although we paid through Expedia the hotel charged us at checkout. I am working now on a refund.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Broken down bed. Lumpy with sinkholes it. Tried to lay in the center of the bed to try and find a level section.”

“The staff was excellent. Everyone was very kind. The beds were so comfy. It was very quiet. We really enjoyed the great hot breakfast as well. Thank you”

“The wood headboard was filthy! Otherwise the room was clean. Continental breakfast is Not included but they have a Cafe you can purchase food.”

“It was an overall good room for the price! We only had one trash can which was weird, and it was a recycling can with no bag.. The wifi was also super bad. I ended up using my data the entire time. But for the price, I was satisfied. It’s a good location.”

“Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff, took care of our heating issue promptly and efficiently. The only downside, several teams ( soccer, baseball and basketball) families were staying, common areas and the pool were taken over. We didn't have the option to enjoy the pool.”
